If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

2.2 Role of HanyMarket

HanyMarket:

• Provides a digital marketplace
• Allows merchants to list products/services
• Allows buyers to browse and transact
• Offers secure payment channels such as Hanypay and AKL Lumi

HanyMarket does not participate in transactions and does not guarantee merchant behavior or product quality.

2.3 User Accounts

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept responsibility for activities on their account

We reserve the right to suspend any suspicious or fraudulent account.

2.4 Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

• List illegal or restricted items
• Defraud buyers or merchants
• Misrepresent identity
• Upload harmful content
• Manipulate prices or commit fraud

Violation may lead to immediate suspension and legal action.

2.5 Payments

Payments are processed through approved channels:

• AKL Lumi
• Hanypay wallet
• Fiat currency integrations (where available)

HanyMarket does not control or guarantee the outcome of payments.

2.6 Refunds & Returns

Refunds, returns, and warranties are between the buyer and the merchant. HanyMarket is not responsible for enforcing merchant refund policies.

2.7 Platform Modification

HanyMarket reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

2.8 Limitation of Liability

HanyMarket is not liable for:

• Lost profits
• Product defects
• Delivery delays
• Damages resulting from transactions
• Merchant negligence or misconduct
